Note for Candidates: Requests will not remove job applications submitted to a Company. In such cases, 10XScale.ai acts solely as a data processor. Deletion must be requested directly from the Company.

In accordance with our Terms & Conditions, all User data remains the property of the User. Such data will be available for export at any time until it is deleted.

Referral

If a User chooses to use our invite service to recommend our products to a friend, the User must ensure that they have obtained the friend’s prior and explicit consent to share their name and an email address with 10XScale.ai. Upon receiving this information, 10XScale.ai will send the friend a one-time email invitation to visit our website. Unless the friend provides further consent, their name and an email address will be used solely for the purpose of sending this one-time invitation and maintaining an activity log for our referral program. All data will be processed in accordance with applicable data protection laws and our Privacy Policy.
